I realize that this is a crappy game, but for some reason, this game jumped out. When was the last time Tulsa was a road favorite laying more than a touchdown? I can't recall if this has ever happened. Granted, UTEP is no powerhouse, but they have been playing better. Tulsa is definitely improved even though I am not sold that they are that good and appear to be getting too much repect from the oddsmakers by making them 8.5 chalk on the road. I will plug my nose and grab UTEP and the points.
